You can

• You can change the gender/eye color/species/body shape of the design, as well as make small edits to the design itself.

• You can resell these designs for the SAME price. EXCEPTION: If there is art added onto it, only add however much you spent to the original price of the adopt.

• You can buy these as a gift for other people.

• If used in other rp groups, their offspring/family can have a similar design - but please not almost exactly the same.

• You can credit me for the design. You only need to credit me once. Please also credit the base artist (If the design you've purchased is on a base).

You cannot

• You may not use my art for AI learning or for NFTS.

• You cannot remove the watermark(s) that are not by @Chintzy-Adopts / @CelestialTigris .

• You can't completely change up the whole design. (Why buy it?)

• You can't resell these for a higher price unless you have additional art from yourself/others.

• You cannot claim the design/base/art as your own.

• You cannot auction off my designs.

• You cannot sell designs you've bought for at least 1 month after buying them.

• You cannot sell/gift my designs to anyone on my BLACKLIST (Can be seen on my TOS.)
